1. About Hexvetta
Hexvetta is a free-to-play entertainment platform featuring 1v1 skill games and influencer-hosted live elimination games. All points are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
2. No real-money transactions
Hexvetta is not a gambling platform. No real money is exchanged, won, or lost on this platform. Points cannot be exchanged for real currency. The game mechanic is for entertainment only.
3. Influencer giveaways
Prizes in Influencer Mode are offered by the host (influencer), not by Hexvetta. Hexvetta does not guarantee the delivery of any prize. Prize fulfilment is the sole responsibility of the host. Hexvetta is a technology platform only.
4. Eligibility
By creating an account you confirm you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent to use this platform.
5. Fair play
Using bots, exploits, or any automated tools is prohibited. Accounts found cheating will be suspended. Points gained through abuse may be reversed.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Hexvetta is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of virtual points, data, or service interruptions. The platform is for entertainment purposes only.
